Emily White’s practice focuses on construction defect litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense, premise liability, personal injury, and products liability. Emily has experience representing subcontractors in commercial and residential construction-related disputes.
While in law school, Emily worked for multiple firms in Charleston where she gained experience in various areas of law such as in-house counsel, family law, and general litigation. Having spent time working with both plaintiff and defense firms, she has a unique insight and perspective into the methods and strategies that affect the case.
Outside the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing golf, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
