The Ward Law Firm, P.A. was founded in 1951 by the late Rufus M. Ward. Over the years, the practice has become concentrated on the defense of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, construction defects, medical malpractice, consumer law, and products liability in South Carolina and North Carolina. A relatively high portion of these matters are concluded by trial or a hearing before state and federal courts.
